1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is LUXURY LUNATICS SRL, a company registered in Romania (Trade Register no. J40/13570/2021, CUI 44705321), with its registered office at Str. Valea Lungă nr. 3, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania. We operate Young Minds Digital as a division of Young Minds Creative Agency.

2. What data we collect
When you apply to partner
The application form at /apply collects the information you choose to give us, which can include:
- your name, email address, business or creator name, website or main social profile, location and time zone, and preferred contact method;
- information about your audience, such as where it engages, its approximate size and signs of trust or engagement;
- your subject or niche, experience, methods, existing content and product ideas, and the questions your audience asks you;
- any qualifications or compliance points you mention, your preferences about involvement and partnership terms, and how you heard about us;
- your confirmation that we may contact you about the application.
When we review an application, we may add our own internal notes and assessment scores to it.
When you email or message us
We receive your name, contact details and whatever you include in your message.
When you browse the site
- Usage analytics. Our website platform, Base44, records basic usage events, such as page visits, the referring page and how long a visit lasts, linked to a random session identifier stored in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
- Technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver the site receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, in order to send pages to you and keep the service secure.
- Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google’s servers.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers we need to run the site and our work:
- Base44, which hosts the website and stores application data, provides usage analytics and sends us an email notification when an application arrives;
- Google, through Gmail, which we use for email, and Google Fonts;
- professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where needed, and public authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the provider puts in place under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep application data only as long as needed to assess your application and follow up with you. If no partnership results, we delete the application once it is no longer needed, and promptly if you ask us to. If we enter a partnership, we keep the related records for the duration of the agreement and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example under accounting rules. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted, or its use restricted, in certain circumstances;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format, where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To use any of these rights, email alexisyoungminds@gmail.com. We will reply within one month, as the GDPR requires.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), at www.dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
7. Security
Application data is stored in our website database with access restricted to administrators. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
